How to lose belly fat: our tips and advice

Lose belly fat without effort, we all dream of it! If this sometimes seems impossible, there are indeed tips to get there without (too much) effort. To help you find your dream figure simply and effectively, here are some tips and tricks that will guide you on a daily basis and allow you to achieve your goal.

Detox, draining, fat-burning and diuretic foods

Certain foods such as citrus fruits, meats or lean fish, and vegetables such as leeks, black radish (which is also one of the best in its category!), spinach, zucchini, green beans, carrots, eggplants, turnips allow you to facilitate digestionand transit as well as eliminate certain toxins or fats from your body in a natural way.

If possible, choose seasonal vegetables and favor light cooking without oil or sauce (with water or steam). p>

Eat a little of everything and a little of everything (or almost)

starchy foods are not your enemy! The key is to consume them in moderation and vary your diet.

Choose whole wheat pasta, richer in fiber and therefore better for digestion or transit. The same goes for rice or bread.

Rather than making a load of pasta, why not add a handful of farfalle or whole wheat penne rigate to your raw vegetable salad? You can even afford to add a teaspoon of olive oil!

Cook yourself: real awareness of what's on your plate

Take time with each meal

Forget the midday sandwich behind your screen, take the time to enjoy a real balanced menu while teleworking or at the office. Likewise, try to eat at a fixed time (roughly).
